Farm the City is a non-profit organization committed to advancing sustainability education and social transformation in Hong Kong through community gardening.
Our Vision
Farm the City brings together city stakeholders through community gardening and sustainability education programmes to be the catalyst towards greater climate and urban resilience for humanity.

Our Team

Executive Director
Michelle Hong
Michelle has 15 years professional experience in advertising leading regional teams on global brand campaigns as Account Servicing Director in 4A firms. She now channels her expertise into urban farming movements and resilient city food systems. Her conviction won her the Global Green Economic Forum Social Eco Game Changer Award 2020.

Director
Vincent Li
Vincent is in charge of the operations and development of Farm the City. He is a veteran from aviation, logistics and tourism, having held senior positions in various corporations, including COO of a local airline and CEO of an airport services company in Shanghai. He graduated at the CUHK EMBA program in 2013.

Board Advisor
Andy Ann
Andy's focus is on venture building, digital eco-system, innovation, business strategy, customer experience, and entrepreneurship. He has strong experience in digital transformation strategy and execution for both multinational corporations and startup companies. Founded over 20 pioneering companies, such as Y5HotMedia, Hotmob, Darizi, Klarity, GoImpact, YAS.

Board Advisor
Jason Wong
Jason is an experienced digital transformation strategist who develops educational solutions that optimises teaching and learning beyond the classrooms. A technologist at heart, Jason possesses extensive process engineering and consulting experience serving Fortune 500's and listed companies around the world.

Director & Co-Founder
Andrew Tsui
Andrew, with a background in business operation, real estate, and civil engineering, transitioned into social entrepreneurship in 2012. Having grown up in Hong Kong and Singapore, he focuses on leveraging urban spaces in densely built-up cities. Andrew actively contributes to the impact community as a speaker, lecturer, and mentor in various fields like ESG, Urban Farming, Circular Economy, and Business Model Innovation.

Director
Jacqueline Wu
Jacqueline is responsible for driving Farm the City’s public awareness and community engagement. She has 20 years of experience in brand and marketing where she promoted numbers of international brands. And she has also led high profile events such as Macao (Golf) Open, China Music Award, Asia Pacific Film Award, to name a few. She graduated at the CUHK EMBA program in 2015.

Board Advisor
Wilfred Wong, BBS, JP
Wilfred is the Founder and Managing Director of RESOLUTIONS HR & Business Consultancy Company Limited. With a BBA (Hons) Degree and EMBA from CUHK, he has worked for notable organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank and DFS Group Limited. Mr. Wong is actively involved in community services, serving on various advisory committees appointed by the HKSAR Government.
